RiderCoach's are experienced motorcylist who have been riding for several years. They undergo extensive training before being certified as a "RiderCoach" (RC). You will start off as a "Range aid" and be required to have a minimum of 60 hours volunteer time on a range, aiding RiderCoach's as they conduct the Basic Rider Course (BRC). You will be mentored by a RiderCoach throughout this process, and will have a better understanding of what is required to conduct a Basic Rider Course class, and range.
After completing your 60 hours of Range Aid time you will be eligible to attend the RiderCoach Candidate Course (RCP). It is a 7-9 day course, and you must be present for all training in order to complete the course. You will have your motorcycle knowledge and riding skills tested while at the course, as only the "Best-of-the-Best" will be awarded the "RiderCoach" title. You will be held to a high standard and be required to sign and live the " RiderCoach Rules Of Professional Conduct"
If you are a current RiderCoach or if you are interested in becoming a RiderCoach Candidate for CC's Motorcycle Training, Inc., contact Mike Childers @ (407) 687-6273 for more information.
